This was my favorite thing I did here! I was by my This was my favorite thing I did here! I was by myself, no real plan, just to sit in the sun and let the day go how it wanted. No schedule, nowhere I had to be, just time to relax and enjoy it.

I’ll say this, if you can, book your beach chair in advance. And if it’s in your budget, get the first row. The view is completely unobstructed and worth it. The closer you are to the water, the more expensive it gets, so it helps to check the beach club’s website ahead of time. But if you don’t want to pay for a chair, there’s usually a public section nearby where you can bring your own towel or chair and still enjoy the same water.

Mykonos is one of those places that look even BETT Mykonos is one of those places that look even BETTER than the postcards!

One thing I really appreciated about @superparadisehotelmykonos were the picturesque views over the edge of the cliffs. If you wanted to just do a “fly and flop” situation and just spend all your vacation time at the resort, this is the place for you.

Honestly cannot wait to return!!

Sitting right on the water in Little Venice, Mykon Sitting right on the water in Little Venice, Mykonos, where the buildings were originally constructed in the 16th to 18th century during Venetian rule. Back then, merchants used these homes for direct sea access, storing goods on the ground level and pulling boats right up to their doors. it was all about function, trade, and survival, not the Instagram-worthy aesthetics we see today.

Now it’s restaurants and tables pushed up to the edge, but nothing about the setting has really changed when you think about it. The waves still hit the same walls they did centuries ago, and you can feel how exposed it is to the sea.

Siting here, it feels less like a tourist spot and more like a place that just adapted over time.

Mykonos in the off season, and somehow colder than Mykonos in the off season, and somehow colder than I expected. The wind was real that day, but it made the streets quieter and slower…in the best way.

These whitewashed buildings are beautiful, but they also carry history. In the 18th and 19th centuries, Mykonos was an important trading port and played a role in the Greek War of Independence. There is something powerful about walking through a place that has been lived in and fought for long before it became a postcard.

Cold, windblown, and still completely worth it. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Would you visit when it is quieter like this?
This is your sign to finally book that Mykonos tri This is your sign to finally book that Mykonos trip 🇬🇷✨

There’s always a reason to wait… but life is happening now.

Beaches 🌊 or nightlife 💃🏽 — which are you choosing?
This was such a lazy day in Mykonos. 🇬🇷 I woke u This was such a lazy day in Mykonos. 🇬🇷

I woke up late, had zero plans, and decided room service on the patio was honestly the only move.

Staying at Super Paradise Hotel in the Executive Suite meant this was my view while I ate. Blue water 🌊 , a little breeze, and total quiet. I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever had room service with a better backdrop.

Everything was so good, but the tuna tartare was the standout. 😋 Absolutely delicious. I ate slow, sat there way longer than I planned to, and let the day just be a day.

Best room service view of my life!
There’s no place I’d rather be on this cold winter There’s no place I’d rather be on this cold winter night than back in Mykonos! 🇬🇷

We got to the Windmills of Mykonos at the best time. The giant tour buses from the cruise hadn’t arrived, so we had a quick 10 minute window to take pictures without all the droves of people.

There are 16 windmills here, and their primary function was to mill wheat up until the 20th century. Located adjacent to the town, all the bars and restaurants are a very short walk away.

Have you ever traveled, taken a bite of something, Have you ever traveled, taken a bite of something, and thought, “I would hop on a flight and come back just for this?”

The Gnocchi Al Ragou at the Paraj restaurant in Mykonos was an unexpected delight. I took one bite and knew that this would become an instant food memory. The sauce was just out of this world and I can’t wait to come back for seconds.

Have you ever walked an ancient archeological site Have you ever walked an ancient archeological site?

Not only did we get this island (mostly) to ourselves this day due to the rain, but we found out this is the mythological birthplace of Artemis and Apollo!

Two things I loved about this island; the cat sightings (which are very common in Mykonos) and the beautiful wildflowers too 💐🪻🌼

Delos Island was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1990 and is said to have been inhabited since the third millennium BC. It was a natural meeting ground for the Delian League after the end of the Persian wars, around 470 BC, and was utilized until the 8th century AD when it was eventually abandoned. It is probably mainly due to its lack of natural resources and limited water supply.
